הסראיה הינו מבנה השלטון הטורקי בעכו, שנבנה בסוף המאה ה-18 ובו שכנו משרדיהם של פקידי השלטון האזרחי.

שער הכניסה למבנה מפואר ביותר, והוא בנוי בסגנון אבלק ממלוכי למרות שנבנה במאה ה-18.

המבנה כולל שתי קומות, הממוקמות סביב חצר מרכזית מרוצפת אבן. מבנה הסראיה העות'מאני בנוי על שרידיה של כנסיית יוחנן הקדוש מהתקופה הצלבנית.

כיום משמש המבנה כמתנ"ס של עכו העתיקה.
